Welcome to kidsMEDPACKS! We have been selected by your camp to help you organize all of your camper’s medication needs for their summer experience away from home.
kidsMEDPACKS affiliated, licensed pharmacy will dispense all of your camper’s prescription and non-prescription medications (such as vitamins) in sealed, individual medication packets. These packets are identified with your child’s name and prescription information and sorted by date and time to ensure that all medications your child is required to take daily are ready for dispensing at the right time of day. With the tear-off packaging, they can easily be sent with your camper on overnight trips. Prescription medications that are not in pill form such as inhalers, eye drops, ointments or liquid medications can also be dispensed by our pharmacy. This will ensure that all of your child’s medications are packaged safely and securely and received by the camp before your camper arrives. Any unused medications will be sent home with your child at the end of camp.
Your camp stocks most of the common over the counter medications, such as Tylenol and Benadryl, if these are needed during the summer.
There is a one-time $50 registration fee* for the summer. This fee covers the cost of packaging and shipping all of your child’s medications directly to camp. Refills will be monitored and maintained by our pharmacy and sent when due at no additional packaging or shipping charge. The pharmacy will verify your insurance and bill your co-payment amount for prescription drugs; you will be responsible for any medication not covered by your insurance carrier and all OTC medications.

Deadline Dates:
You must register your child online with kidsMEDPACKS by the following registration deadline dates.
Online Registration-
Deadline Date for 1st Session Campers: May 17, 2008
Deadline Date for 2nd Session Campers: June 17, 2008
(You only need to register once if your child is attending both sessions)
Mailed Materials-
Pharmacy Form and a copy of your insurance card and prescriptions must be received by the following dates:
1st Session Campers- May 26, 2008
2nd Session Campers- June 23, 2008
*Registrations received after the deadline date will incur a $25 expedited processing fee. Additional shipping charges may also apply.
