Welcome to kidsMEDPACKS!  We have been selected by your camp to help you organize all of your camper’s medication needs for their summer experience away from home.
 
kidsMEDPACKS affiliated, licensed pharmacy will dispense all of your camper’s prescription and non-prescription medications (such as vitamins) in sealed, individual medication packets.  These packets are identified with your child’s name and prescription information and sorted by date and time to ensure that all medications your child is required to take daily are ready for dispensing at the right time of day.  With the tear-off packaging, they can easily be sent with your camper on overnight trips.  Prescription medications that are not in pill form such as inhalers, eye drops, ointments or liquid medications can also be dispensed by our pharmacy.  This will ensure that all of your child’s medications are packaged safely and securely and received by the camp before your camper arrives.   Any unused medications will be sent home with your child at the end of camp. 

Your camp stocks most of the common over the counter medications, such as Tylenol and Benadryl, if these are needed during the summer.

There is a one-time $55 registration fee* for the summer.  This fee covers the cost of packaging and shipping all of your child’s medications directly to camp.  Refills will be monitored and maintained by our pharmacy and sent when due at no additional packaging or shipping charge.  The pharmacy will verify your insurance and bill your co-payment amount for prescription drugs; you will be responsible for any medication not covered by your insurance carrier and all OTC medications.

Deadline Dates:
You must register your camper online and submit all required information to kidsMEDPACKS by the deadline date. 

Deadline dates are based upon your camper's start date and are as follows for Summer 2010:

For 1st session campers:
If camp start date is on or before June 22nd:
Deadline date is May 22, 2010

If camp start date is after June 22nd:
Deadline date is June 1, 2010                       

For 2nd session Campers:
If camp start date is on or before July 20th:
Deadline date is June 20, 2010

If camp start date is after July 20th:
Deadline date is July 1, 2010

If your camp has a 3rd session please refer to 2nd session deadline dates.

*Registrations or prescriptions received after the deadline date will incur a $35 late fee.
